Terms of Service (Investment Advisory)

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our investment advisory services.

  • By enrolling for investment advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Investment Advisory Agreement executed with Gunjal Jayadrath Suresh, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA000020420). These terms govern the scope, limitations, and conditions of advisory services provided.

2.1 SEBI Registration

  • We are regulated by SEBI under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
2.2 Compliance Standards

We comply with:

  • SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and amendments
  • SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations, 2003
  • Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA)
  • Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) where applicable
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder

  • We provide SEBI-registered investment advisory services including:
  • Investment advice in securities listed on recognized stock exchanges in India
  • Portfolio review and rebalancing recommendations
  • Risk profiling and asset allocation guidance
  • Financial goal-based investment planning
  • Research reports and investment analysis
  • Client education on capital markets and investment products
3.1 Scope Limitations

We do NOT provide:

  • Portfolio Management Services (PMS) unless separately licensed
  • Guaranteed returns or assured profits
  • Tips or recommendations for intraday trading
  • Advice on unlisted securities without proper disclosure
  • Distribution of third-party financial products for commission

4.1 Eligibility Criteria
  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or a minor through legal guardian)
  • You must be a resident of India or Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
  • Foreign nationals must comply with FEMA regulations
  • You must complete mandatory KYC requirements
4.2 KYC Requirements

You must provide:

  • PAN Card (mandatory)
  • Aadhaar Card for identity and address proof
  • Risk profiling questionnaire
4.3 Client Categorization

Clients will be categorized as per SEBI guidelines:

  • Retail clients (individuals and HUFs)
  • Non-retail clients (institutions, corporates)
  • Accredited investors (as defined by SEBI)

Clients are responsible for:

  • • Providing complete and accurate KYC and financial information
  • • Promptly notifying material changes in financial situation or risk profile
  • • Independently evaluating and executing advice through SEBI-registered intermediaries

Advice is rendered based on information provided by the client

The Adviser shall not be liable for market losses, third-party actions, or client execution delays. Liability, if any, is limited as specified in the Investment Advisory Agreement.

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship by written notice, subject to settlement of dues and applicable refunds as per SEBI regulations.

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to SEBI oversight. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By proceeding with this investment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, disclaimers, and disclosures mentioned in these documents.
